Batty for Austin Snow Globe
Not your grandmother's snow globe, this one might just make her go batty!
Austin is proud to be home of the largest urban bat colony in North America. From March to November of each year Austin locals and visitors alike gather at the Congress Bridge to watch as upwards of 1.5 million Mexican Free Tailed Bats take to the skies each night. Our dual citizen insect eating pals return from Mexico each March to deliver their pups, spending the summer here before leaving some time in October or early November for the long flight back down south.
Measuring 6" tall, this unique souvenir includes iconic Austin skyline landmarks like the capital, the UT tower and the Frost Tower.
Complete with a clear windowed gift box, this snow globe is ready to fly your way!
